Certified Healthy Department

Why should my department get certified?

Principles:

  3. Diversity, Equity and Inclusion -管理人员，教职员工拥抱一个多元化和公平的社区，重视包容性.

  5. Mental and Emotional Wellness - Managers, 教职员工相互支持，保持良好的心理健康实践，如部门社交活动和健康的工作/生活平衡资源.

How to apply

步骤1:完整地查看认证健康部门页面. 一旦你完成了，并且有兴趣让你的部门参与, email Caitlyn at [email protected]. 她将发送一个Google Drive，其中包括帮助您完成冠心病申请所需的所有资源.

  • 申请必须由你所在部门的至少两名代表完成.

第二步:与你的部门合作，以达到你想要的认证水平(铜)的标准, Silver, Gold).

  • 如果你对如何完成某些标准有疑问, 您将在整个应用程序中找到资源.

第三步:一旦你收到来自Caitlyn Hennings的Google Drive，你就可以开始填写申请了. 请务必将完整的申请通过电子邮件发送到Caitlyn Hennings [email protected] before the application closes on July 10th.

  • Email the completed application to [email protected]
